We are steps to food kiosks on the dock. In summer tiny water taxis will take you everywhere. The ducks, geese, otters, seals, herons, seagulls, and tiny fishes abound.

It feels like you are living in Venice with water surrounding you and water views from every window.
It is not a boat - it is a modern home. Once I have met you and given you orientation with priceless information about places to eat and go, you do not have to interact with your host - you have total privacy. The house is securely tied to the docks and moves and shimmies very gently if the wind is blowing.

There are several places to eat right here on the docks, including a coffee shop. My guests get a 20% per person discount on Eagle Wing whale-watching tours. You get a complimentary breakfast. You are just a 5-minute walk to the ocean on Dallas Road where you can walk or bike for miles along the seashore. We are close to Beacon Hill Park, the Royal BC Museum, and the Empress Hotel. Have a coffee or lunch at Breakwater Bistro on the water and walk out onto the long breakwater pier. We offer the best location to explore the different areas of town without having to take a car. Bike rentals are delivered to the house. Kayaks can be moored and tied up in the water next to my house.
Pets will be considered. The house is 420 friendly. Smoking is allowed on your own patio. Please note: due to limited storage space, I am not equipped with baby seats, cribs, or a playing area for very young children. We don't have cooking facilities.
